All of our twigs are made out of one or more of these trees:
Acer platanoides, Alnus incana, Comus sanguinea, Fraxinus excelsior, Lonicera xy losteum, Padus avium, Quercus robur, Salix caprea, Salix cinerea.
If you store our products at a normal Western European climate of temperatures between 8 and 25 degrees Celsius with a humidity of 50-85% there should be no problems. All our Twigs were dried first.
We sell out of The Netherlands therefore the Dutch law for online sales apply and we sell out of Latvia in which case the Latvian law applies. In short; you may not return the product within 14 days if it was especially made for you. Unless there are clear manufacturing mistakes. Our terms of delivery do apply. They can be found on our website.
